Cookie Policy
How we use cookies and similar technologies
Last updated: May 11, 2026
Overview
Glaido uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the service, remember your choices, understand website and product usage, and attribute referrals or affiliate campaigns where permitted.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, optional analytics and marketing cookies are disabled until you choose to allow them. In other regions, these cookies may be enabled by default where local law permits, but you can change your preferences at any time.
Cookie categories
Essential cookies
Essential cookies are required for security, authentication, consent management, and core service functionality. These cookies cannot be disabled through the cookie preference center because the website or app may not work correctly without them.
Examples include:
glaido_cookie_consentorglaido_cookie_consent_staging: stores your cookie choices.glaido_cookie_regionorglaido_cookie_region_staging: stores the derived regional consent mode.glaido-auth-tokenandglaido-refresh-token: keep you signed in to the Glaido web app.- Next.js preview cookies: used only for authorized draft or preview workflows.
Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand aggregate website and app usage, page performance, campaign performance, and areas where the product can be improved. Google Tag Manager may load analytics tooling only when analytics is allowed by your region and preference settings.
Marketing and attribution cookies
Marketing and attribution cookies help us understand campaign performance and credit partners or affiliates who refer users to Glaido. These may include Dub attribution cookies such as dub_id, referral cookies such as glaido-referral, and Google advertising or remarketing cookies loaded through Google Tag Manager when marketing is allowed.
If you choose essential-only cookies in a consent-required region, signup and app usage will still work, but affiliate or referral attribution may not be available.
Preference cookies
Preference cookies remember optional interface or product choices when available. They are not required for core service delivery.
Regional consent mode
Glaido uses coarse country-level request information from Cloudflare, such as the CF-IPCountry header, to decide whether a visitor is in a region that requires prior opt-in consent. We do not store your IP address in the cookie preference record.
If the region signal is missing or unavailable, Glaido defaults to the stricter consent-required mode.
Managing preferences
You can update your cookie choices at any time by selecting Cookie preferences in the website footer or using the cookie preference section on this page. Withdrawing optional consent prevents future optional tracking where technically possible and clears known optional first-party cookies under Glaido's control.
Browser-level blocking, private browsing modes, or deleting cookies may reset your preference and cause the banner or notice to appear again.
Third-party providers
Depending on your preferences and region, Glaido may use:
- Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics / Google Ads for analytics, campaign measurement, and advertising-related measurement.
- Dub for affiliate attribution, referral attribution, and conversion measurement.
- Wistia-hosted media assets for video delivery on the marketing website.
These providers may process limited online identifiers according to their own privacy notices and applicable data-processing terms.
