Since launch, the most common request we heard was Windows support. Today, Glaido runs natively on Windows 11.
Everything that makes Glaido fast on Mac works the same way on Windows: hold a hotkey, speak, release, and your words appear wherever your cursor is. Any app, any text field, in about a second.
Built native for Windows
Glaido on Windows is a native desktop application, built from scratch to respect how Windows works.
- Global hotkeys with Windows-friendly defaults, and left and right modifier keys are treated as distinct, so Right Ctrl can mean something different than Left Ctrl.
- Glaido warns you before you save a shortcut that collides with a Windows system combination, like the keyboard language switcher.
- The installer takes care of everything, including the WebView2 runtime if your system needs it.

One account, both platforms
Your Glaido account works on macOS and Windows alike. Sign in on either platform and your subscription comes with you, so teams that run a mix of machines only need one tool.
