Ask a WoW dungeon guide while you play, and get an answer for you and one friend instead of the five players the guide in the game expects. Hold Glaido's commands hotkey, ask out loud, and the answer opens on top of World of Warcraft while the game keeps your keyboard.

You and one friend walked into a dungeon neither of you has done. The questions get small and arrive while something is hitting you: which hallway, what this boss does when you are not five, where the talent point goes, agility or strength.
A browser takes the dungeon off the screen. An addon note stays in the game, but it says where the tank stands and when the healer uses a big cooldown. You are two.

Say the dungeon, the boss, your class, and that you are two, then let go. The window opens on top, and the game keeps the keyboard.

Two of us, a new dungeon, and a guide for five. My friend heals. What do we do before the first boss?
Skip the side hallway if the note says it pulls two extra groups. On the boss, you take the extra enemy that spawns on the second cast.
Say your class and what your friend does, every time. A useful answer names the next room, the hit to save a heal for, or the pick that fits two players.
Ask about the turn in front of you, not the whole zone.
“Past the first boss, at a split. The left looks like a dead end with two groups. Which way for two?”
Go right. The left hallway is the dead end, and those groups are not on the way to the next boss. Pull the right group back to the corner you cleared.
The guide wants a tank, a healer, and three damage dealers.
“First boss. My friend heals, I do damage. The guide wants a tank facing the boss away from the group. What do we do?”
Stand where the tank would, so the boss faces away from your friend. They save the big heal for the heavy hit, not every small tick. If an extra enemy spawns, it is yours. There is nobody else.
You leveled mid-dungeon. Read the choices out loud, because Glaido cannot see the talent window.
“Beast mastery hunter, one talent point. A move for playing alone, a shot that lines up with my friend's heal, or a buff for three damage dealers. My friend heals. Which one?”
The shot that lines up with the heal. The buff for three damage dealers does not fit two players. Save the solo move for playing alone.
Two pieces dropped. Leave the class out and the answer is for someone else.
“I am a hunter. This piece has more agility, that one more strength. Both mention attack power. Which do I equip?”
The agility piece. On a hunter, agility is what raises attack power. Strength does not replace it.

No. Glaido is a separate app, and its window sits on top of the game. There is nothing to add to your addon list. It never presses keys or plays the fight for you.
Not in the way the game uses that phrase. A search for one usually finds the game's own voice feature, which reads text chat out loud and turns voice chat into text, or an addon that pins a boss note. Glaido answers a question you ask, in a window on top of the game.
No. Say your spec, read the talent choices out loud, say what your friend plays, and name the boss you are stuck on. Leave those out and the answer is a guess.
Yes. Do the long read before you enter: what level the dungeon is, where the door is, and a rough map. Save Glaido for the small questions inside, like which way to go when you are standing at a split.
Treat it like a wiki you did not have time to open. You still decide the pull. Hold the hotkey again and say what went wrong in the fight.
Yes. The same hotkey sits on top of any game. You still have to describe the fight. Glaido does not learn a game by watching it.
